Belvedere is a Polish Vodka brand, created by the Polmos distillery with the idea of creating a superior category Vodka. Since its inception in 1993 it has been associated with the slogan "the world’s first luxury Vodka". The Italian name Belvedere is a tribute to the palace represented on the label.
After the Polmos distillery in Żyrardów was privatized it soon changed ownership and since 2002 belongs to the luxury group LVMH. It is still produced in Poland at the Polmos Żyrardów distillery and distributed all over the world.
