Vicenza Chardonnay Torre Dei Vescovi 2022
The Chardonnay Torre Dei Vescovi comes from sloping hilly vineyards with calcareous arenaceous soils in the province of Vicenza. The Chardonnay grape variety is the most widespread and well-known white grape in the world: it is loved for its strong, fruity character with a soft impact on the palate. It is also a versatile grape that adapts to different climatic conditions with a difference also in the personality of the wines. The temperate climate of the Vicenza hills allows the Chardonnay to ripen perfectly and highlights the ripe fruity notes.
It is obtained from an alcoholic fermentation of the free-run must in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel for 6 months before being bottled.
