The blend of the Brut Vintage 2018 Langlois OAC, divided as follows: 60% Chenin Blanc, 40% Chardonnay, is cultivated in France, more precisely in the commune of Saumur, in the heart of the Loire; the soil of the area is clay-limestone.
After careful selection of the grapes and manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks before ageing on the lees in the bottle for a minimum of 2 years.
The end result is a wine with the clear intention of being less demanding than the Metodo Classico, being in fact: fresh, young and savoury.
