Castelnau Champagne Brut Reserve
This Champagne is composed of 40 % Chardonnay, 20 % Pinot Noir and 40 % Pinot Meunier. Champagne Castelnau has more than 900 hectares of vineyards in 150 crus in the heart of Reims.
The wine is made from a blend of wines from the harvest of the year and 30 % reserve wines and is aged on the lees for 5 years.
This is one of the winery's flagship wines due to its characteristics of elegance and freshness.

Colour: deep straw yellow.
perfume: intense, toasted bread, ripe yellow fruit and almond.
Taste: Fresh, aromatic and persistent with spicy finish.
Suggestions
We recommend serving it in a flûte to best appreciate its fine and elegant perlage. It goes perfectly with fish dishes, excellent pairing with shrimp tartare.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
