Matthias 2021 Barbaresco DOCG
Cultivated in the Piedmont Langhe, made from 100% Nebbiolo, at an altitude of approximately 450 m above sea level using the guyot method, according to organic farming.
Ageing takes place in wooden barrels for at least 9 months.
The end result is an excellent wine with distinct flavours and important tannin, which despite this can still improve and age.

Taste: full-bodied, intense, elegant, with perfectly integrated silky tannin
Suggestions
Serve in a wide glass, so as to open up its bouquet, at a temperature of about 14 °C. We recommend accompanying it with pici with wild boar sauce.
Recommended with: grilled red meat, roasts, red meat stew, game, pork, meat sauce pasta.
