Zibibbo secco Jasmin 2023
Jasmin Zibibbo is produced from pure Zibibbo grapes in Sicily in the Trapani area at an altitude of around 300-400 m on clayey soil.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are soft-pressed and vinified in stainless steel, where they remain for about 3 weeks. Finally, they age on the lees, again in stainless steel, for several months.
The end result is an aromatic wine representing all the typical characteristics of Zibibbo. On the palate it is fruity, fresh and savoury, the classic drinkable wine that gently invites you to take another sip.

Serve in a medium-sized glass at a temperature between 8 and 10 °C. We recommend accompanying it with an excellent dish of fried squid
