Eminente is a new Cuban distillery belonging to the international LVMH group. The master distiller is the young César Marti, a member of a family that has always worked sugar cane in the center of the island.
César Marti's goal is to combine the proverbial lightness of the Cuban style of the past with the complexity sought by contemporary Rum enthusiasts. To do this, he particularly takes care of aging and blending.
