Sauvignon blanc Bottega Vinai comes from the Valle dei Laghi (Lakes Valley), which extends between Riva del Garda and the entrance to the Paganella. The evocative name Valle dei Laghi derives from the presence of subsequent lakes that follow each other making the landscape picturesque.
The grapes ferment in steel at a controlled temperature.
