Sauvignon Blanc 2022 VDF Box da 6 bottiglie
Sauvignon Blanc Bougrier is a monovarietal wine, i.e. made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This grape variety is known to impart characteristic aromas to wines. The vinification of Sauvignon Blanc Bougrier, like many other white wines, follows a precise process that aims to preserve the freshness and characteristic aromas of this grape variety. Harvesting takes place when the grapes reach the right ripeness, ensuring a balance between sugars, acidity and aromas. The grapes are pressed to extract the must, i.e. the juice of the grapes, and the bunches are destemmed to remove the stems, which could give the wine green and bitter notes. The must is transferred into stainless steel vats, where alcoholic fermentation takes place. The temperature is carefully controlled to preserve the varietal aromas of Sauvignon Blanc. Too high temperatures could lead to a loss of freshness and aromaticity. Most of Bougrier's Sauvignon Blanc matures in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and fruit aromas. Before bottling, the wine is filtered to remove any suspended particles.
