Rosato Monte della Guardia 2022
Rosato Monte della Guardia is a rosé wine produced by Ca' Lojera, based on Merlot and Cabernet, two international red grape varieties. During the production process, the grapes undergo a short maceration on the skins and vinification takes place exclusively in steel containers.
Rosato Garda DOC is a dynamic wine both on the nose and palate, to be drunk young to enjoy its fragrance, but also appreciated over time for its soft maturity.

perfume: hints of red fruit, floral, citrus and mineral notes.
Taste: fresh, savoury and mineral.
Suggestions
This is a very versatile wine, which is as well suited to an aperitif, with a ham and melon board, as it is to a paella lunch with friends.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, pizza, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
