Sparkling wine produced in Valle D'Aosta, at an altitude of 450-750 m, from aromatic white grapes cultivated on different types of soil with guyot training.
Vinification takes place according to the Charmat method.
The end result is an aromatic wine, with an interesting bubble, which excites especially for its herbaceous side. The palate is very fragrant with a distinct mineral and fruity note.

Suggestions
Serve in a flûte for better exposure of the bubbles. We recommend accompanying it with a plate of battered mixed vegetables.
