Blanc De Blanc Millesimato Extra Dry 2023
This wine is produced by Bottega in the Veneto region from only white grapes, Chardonnay and Glera, mixing the characteristics of these two blends in the best possible way.
The procedure followed for its production is that of the Charmat method.
The end result is a fresh and balanced sparkling wine that takes its freshness from Glera and its organoleptic power from Chardonnay.
Features
Colour: straw yellow with persistent, fine perlage
perfume: fruity, apple, pear, peach, peach blossom, jasmine, hawthorn
Taste: fresh, soft, lively
Suggestions
Serve in a flûte at a temperature of about 4°C. We recommend accompanying it with a dish based on palombo.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, pizza, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese, dry pastries.
