Beaujolais-Villages 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
Beaujolais Villages Duboeuf is a red wine produced from 100% Gamay grapes in the Beaujolais region of France. It is one of the best known and most appreciated wines of the region, produced by one of the most historic and renowned wineries, Georges Duboeuf.
Beaujolais Villages Duboeuf is produced using the carbonic maceration method, a traditional Beaujolais wine-making method that gives the wine its characteristic fruity aroma and liveliness. In this method, whole bunches of grapes are placed in a vat without being pressed and an atmosphere of carbon dioxide is created. This gas causes a micro-fermentation within the grapes, which extracts colour and aroma.
This method, compared to traditional winemaking with destemming (crushing the grapes) and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, results in a lighter wine with fruitier, fresher aromas and softer tannins.
