Vernatsch 2023 is produced in South Tyrol, from 100% Schiava, at an altitude between 400 and 700 m, on alluvial soil with sediments.
After the grapes are harvested, they undergo traditional maceration at a constant temperature and malolactic fermentation, and finally age in stainless steel tanks.
The end result is a drinkable and fresh wine with a very low tannic level. The palate is mainly fruity and very delicate, the classic red wine from a high altitude.
