Alto Adige DOC Pinot Nero 2023
Pinot Noir 2023 is produced from pure Pinot Noir in South Tyrol at an altitude of 420-750 m on porphyritic soils with limestone deposits of dolomite rock.
After the harvest, gentle processing and crushing take place, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature and finally maturation in stainless steel tanks.
The end result is a well-balanced wine that makes a pleasant acidity its main characteristic, yet does not renounce a fruity and floral flavour that gives something extra.
