The wine comes from primitivo grapes, harvested in the first week of September and grown at about 100 m above sea level in a very hot area with medium-low rainfall. The partial racking of the must after maceration for a few hours and the subsequent fermentation in white give life to an elegant wine, light but strong in scents and taste, an expression of the land from which it takes its strength.

perfume: intense and persistent of Mediterranean scrub, with hints of red fruit.
Taste: fresh and elegant, full and perfectly balanced at the same time.
