The vintage Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosé Stefano Bottega sparkling wine transcends the traditional Prosecco and is rather a refined sparkling wine produced with Chardonnay and Glera grown in Veneto and above all without dosage. It is intended for demanding palates who seek elegance without compromise.
The base wines are obtained from a steel fermentation of the free-run must of white grapes. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the tank method and the sparkling wine is not dosed.

Taste: dry, delicate, silky.
Suggestions
To be served chilled in tulip-shaped glasses or in flutes. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with sushi and sashimi; also try it with an omelette.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster.
