This wine is cultivated near Bolgheri, at an altitude of 100m, on soil of alluvial origin with the presence of clay and sand. The blend of this wine is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot and is cultivated solely with organic methods.
Aging takes place for 18 months in French oak tonneaux and 12 months in the bottle.
The end result is a wine with personality, broad in both taste and aroma, with delicate but firm tannins. The surprising thing is that despite its current quality it still has ample room for improvement.

Suggestions
Serve in a wide glass at a temperature of about 16 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a meat dish, the highest expression of which can be achieved with an excellent wild boar stew.
