Spumante Brut Rose'
When ripe, the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested in areas between 450 and 700 metres above sea level.
The first fermentation of the wine takes place in small oak barrels and, in particular, the Pinot Noir is fermented in the barrels where the estate's distillate matures.
The wines then remain in these containers for 6 months on their lees, where they are stirred weekly.
In spring, according to the Metodo Classico, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
The wine remains to refine in the bottle for at least 18-24 months before disgorging.
Features
Colour: antique pink with copper reflections.
perfume: fruity aromas of berries, raspberries and morello cherry, as well as notes of almond, hay, vanilla and pastries.
Taste: fresh, mineral, complex and dynamic, with enveloping perlage.
Suggestions
Rosé sparkling wine ideal for a lively aperitif in company.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, pizza, fish, dry pastries, cakes.
