Podereadua 2020 Syrah IGT
Podereadua is based on 100% Syrah; its vineyards are located in the Baccinello area, soil rich in calcareous clays; the grapes are cultivated with a spurred cordon system.
The winery uses an organic farming method because it is very attentive to safeguarding the balance between vine and terroir.
The grapes are harvested by hand through the use of crates.
Maceration takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 3 weeks, and the wine is aged initially in 500-liter French oak tonneaux for about 12 months and then for a year in bottles.
The winery guarantees that the wine would have the possibility to evolve for more than 10 years in the bottle, although we add it is a good wine to drink right away.
