Bellamarsilia 2021 Morellino di Scansano DOCG
The Bellamarsilia vines are located 350 m above sea level in the area of Baccinello, soil rich in calcareous clays, and Alberese, soil mainly composed of sand and silt; the grapes are grown using a spurred cordon system.
The winery uses an organic farming method because it is very careful to safeguard the balance between vine and terroir.
Grape maceration takes place in about 2 weeks, fermentation and maturation take place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Features
Colour: Intense ruby red shaded at the rim of the goblet.
perfume: intense, berry fruit, brine and hints of balsamic.
Taste: Intense, elegant, harmonious with a long and varied persistence.
Suggestions
Serve in medium-sized glasses. We recommend allowing the wine to breathe 15 / 30 minutes before serving. It goes very well with red meats as well as with mushroom risotto.
Recommended with: pork, meat sauce pasta.
