Palai Muller Thurgau 2022
This wine is produced from 100% Müller Thurgau grapes in the locality of Palai, from which it takes its name, located at 550-750 m above sea level.
The soil is silty-calcareous and marly.
The grapes are harvested and sent to fermentation; the grapes are processed in hyper-reduction (in the absence of oxygen), a technique patented by the company.
Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights, this wine has an intense aromaticity.
To be consumed young, although pleasant results can also be enjoyed after a few years of bottle ageing.
