This wine comes from several plots of 100% Chardonnay grapes located between 300 and 750 metres above sea level.
The soil is predominantly silty-calcareous with the presence of marl.
The grapes are processed in hyper-reduction, i.e. in the absence of oxygen, a technique developed and patented in the company.
Straw yellow in colour, the nose expresses intense fruity notes of Golden apples, banana and pineapple; after a few years of bottle ageing, notes of flint, hay and moss emerge.

perfume: notes of golden apple, banana and pineapple, after a few years of bottle ageing it releases notes of flint and musk.
Taste: fresh, full and persistent.
Suggestions
Excellent in combination with soft Trentino cheeses such as Asiago.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, fish, fresh cheese.
