Malbech gli Aceri 2018
Malbech gli Aceri is the winery's historic wine, multi-awarded since 1974, the year it was first produced.
It is vinified in purity, with the ripest grapes, to bring out the best characteristics and potential of the variety.
The grapes are macerated on the skins for 15-20 days and alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel.
Refinement continues for 12 months in barriques, followed by a further 6 months in casks, thanks to which it is enriched with spicy aromas and perfects the softness of the tannins.
Finally, it rests the last 6 months in bottle, acquiring an extraordinary harmony.
