It is the historic winery with which the Paladin family made its debut in the world of wine in the province of Treviso in 1962, and then moved to Annone Veneto in the plain north of Venice on the order between Veneto and Fruli-Venezia Giulia. Thus the winery Paladin absorbs 2 different cultures: the Venetian and the Friulian.

Today Paladin family also boasts properties in Tuscany (Castelvecchi) and Franciacorta (Castello Bonomi) and in Veneto they have given life to the Bosco del Merlo project of excellence; with the name Paladin they still offer typical wines of the territory of origin, that of Lison-Pramaggiore. The area that extends between Veneto and Friuli has always been cultivated with vines, as the alluvial soils allow generous production, without sacrificing quality. A key factor is the proximity of the Adriatic Sea which affects the microclimate over the vineyards. Today in this area international vine varieties have taken over, thanks to the clayey and calcareous soils that enhance the varietal characteristics.
