Pinot Nero Trentino DOC Bottega Vinai 2020
Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, in the hills of Trento between 300 and 450 m above sea level. The grapes macerate on the skins for 7/8 days and then vinify in stainless steel. Ageing takes place partly in barriques and partly in oak barrels.
Already enjoyable now, but can evolve a few more years. Evolution will give this Pinot Noir even more harmony and elegance.
Features
Colour: ruby red tending towards brick red
perfume: hints of red fruit and cherries, with slight spicy aromas.
Taste: medium-bodied, round, well worked in fine tannins.
Suggestions
Very drinkable, try it with duck and potatoes or roast rabbit.
Recommended with: meat sauce pasta.
