I Pianali Rosato Toscana IGT 2022
The blend of this wine, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 90% Syrah, is cultivated in the Province of Livorno, on marly-clayey soil with sandstone and siliceous rocks, at an altitude between 80 and 100 m.
The carefully selected grapes are harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 15 days and for 2 months, the wine remains in contact with the fine lees in steel vats, matures again in steel for 3 months and refines in the bottle for 3 months.
The end result is a wine with a pleasant and delicate sip, where fruity and floral scents dominate.

Suggestions
Serve in a medium-structured goblet at a temperature of about 12 °C. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif accompanied by fresh cheese, bruschette with tomato and basil and aubergine and goat's cheese rolls.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, vegetarian dishes, pizza, fish, fresh cheese.
