Greco di Tufo DOCG Box da 6 bottiglie
Greco di Tufo Antica Hirpinia is a prestigious white wine produced in the Campania region, more precisely in the Avellino area. This wine, made exclusively from the Greco grape, an indigenous variety, is appreciated worldwide for its aromatic complexity and freshness. The volcanic soils of the Tufo area, rich in minerals, contribute to making the wine particularly complex and characteristic. The Mediterranean climate, with warm summers and mild winters, favours the ripening of the grapes and gives the wine a good structure. Harvesting generally takes place in the second half of September, when the grapes reach full ripeness, ensuring a perfect balance between sugars and acidity. Harvesting is done manually, selecting only the best bunches to ensure the highest quality grapes. Vinification takes place in cement, a material that allows the wine to keep its organoleptic characteristics intact. Ageing in steel, on the fine lees gives the wine greater complexity and roundness. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to rest in the bottle for a few months before release.
