Gewürztraminer Riserva Vigna Rutter 2021 Box da 6 bottiglie
The Gewürztraminer Riserva Vigna Rutter is made from pure Gewürztraminer grapes from the Rutter vineyard in the municipality of Egna. Here, the vineyards grow at an altitude of approximately 300m, on sandy and gravelly soil.
Before pressing, the must macerates for about six hours. Vinification takes place in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Maturation lasts about 18 months in steel, followed by further ageing in the bottle, which allows this Gewürztraminer to reach its full development.

Colour: golden yellow.
perfume: notes of rose and exotic fruits, among which lychees stands out.
Taste: balanced, intense and aromatic, with a long, lingering finish.
Suggestions
It can be enjoyed now, but is capable of evolving a few more years in the cellar. It is ideal with grilled or fried fish, but also goes well with traditional Asian dishes.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
