Sauvignon Blanc Riserva Mathias 2021 Box da 6 bottiglie

Sauvignon blanc Riserva from the vineyard in Fiè allo Sciliar, located at an altitude of 900 m a.s.l. Thanks to the temperature difference this vineyard is subjected to, Sauvignon Blanc is able to develop its characteristic aroma and freshness. 

After harvesting, the grapes macerate for about six hours before being pressed. The must is vinified 50% in steel barrels and the remaining 50% in oak barrels. Ageing is also carried out partly in steel and partly in oak barrels, for about 18 months. After this period, the wine matures for a few more months in the bottle before being marketed.
