Friulano 2022 Bastianich Box da 6 bottiglie

A pure Friulano, produced by Bastianich in the DOC Colli Orientali del Friuli territory. The must obtained undergoes a decanting process before being sent to fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18 degrees. Fermentation continues until the sugars are completely exhausted. Next, the 'batonnage' period begins, which consists of the periodic movement of the yeasts. This practice allows the wine to naturally enrich itself with antioxidants and to mature for about 5 months.

After this phase, the Friulano wine undergoes clarification and filtration. It is then bottled and allowed to rest in the bottle before being introduced to the market.
