Pinot Bianco Friuli Colli Orientali 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
In the Cividale area, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, on limestone-based soil, the vineyards from which Bastianich's Pinot Bianco is made are cultivated. The blend is pure Pinot Bianco. The grapes are selected, destemmed and pressed using a pneumatic press. The must decants for 12-24 hours before fermentation with selected yeasts starts at a temperature of 16-18°C for about 15-20 days. After that, the period of batonnage and ageing begins, which lasts for 5 months. The wine is then clarified and filtered and, after being bottled, rests for about a month before being put on the market.
