Sauvignon 2023 Box da 6 bottiglie

The grapes used for this pure Sauvignon blanc are grown in the Colli Orientali del Friuli area, more precisely in the hills of Premariacco, Cividale and Prepotto. The soil is calcareous and the vineyards have an average age of 15-30 years. 

Once harvested, the grapes are selected on sorting benches, destemmed and then undergo a brief cryomaceration at 4-5°C. The grapes are pressed and the must thus obtained is first decanted for 12-24 hours and then fermented with selected yeasts for 15-20 days. The wine matures 4 months in steel tanks and after undergoing clarification and filtration processes, it is bottled and left to rest for a further 30 days before finally being put on the market.
