Falanghina Roccaleoni 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
A white wine made from 100% Falanghina. After harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing, followed by cold decanting.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18/20 °C for about 20 days.
The wine matures for about three months in stainless steel.
Features
Colour: pale straw yellow.
perfume: intensely floral and fruity with notes of banana, tropical fruits, white peach.
Taste: savoury and balanced, a pleasant wine, pleasantly fresh and light.
Suggestions
Wine for the whole meal, try it with a grilled fish or octopus salad.
