Ciliegiolo 2022 DOC

The wine has a 100 percent Ciliegiolo base; its vineyards are located in the Alberese area, soil mainly composed of sand and silt; the grapes are cultivated with a spurred cordon system.

The winery uses an organic farming method because it is very careful to safeguard the balance between vine and terroir.

The maceration of the grapes takes place in steel tanks, as does the aging; the wine is aged for several months before being bottled.

This wine perfectly represents, in all its characteristics, the classic Tuscan Ciliegiolo.
