Chardonnay Arvum 2023 Box da 6 bottiglie
The Chardonnay Arvum is a 100% Chardonnay. The vineyards are cultivated at approximately 300 m above sea level in two different territories: Egna and Ora. In the Egna area, the soil is composed of sand and gravel, transported by the Rio Trodena over time, while Ora, thanks to its position at the bottom of the valley, has warm, dry soils, which allow the chardonnay to ripen at its best.
Vinification takes place in steel barrels at a temperature of 18°C. The wine then matures again in steel, in contact with the yeasts.
Features
Colour: intense yellow.
perfume: exotic fruits, ripe apple, pear.
Taste: round, soft, fresh and savoury.
Suggestions
It can already be drunk now, but has an ageing potential of 4 to 7 years. To be uncorked for an aperitif in company, with some fish canapés.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
