Pinot Bianco Longarei 2023 Box da 6 bottiglie
Pfitscher's Pinot Bianco Longarei is a pure Pinot Bianco. The vines are cultivated in the area of Montagna and Caldaro at an altitude of 500m.
Vinification takes place in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 18°C. This is followed by maturation always in steel, in contact with the yeasts, to give it its characteristic taste and aroma.
Features
Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: intense fruity aroma, with notes of yellow apples.
Taste: medium structured, balanced, robust and refined body.
Suggestions
To be uncorked immediately, but with an ageing potential of up to 7 years. Excellent as an aperitif, excellently accompanies light hors d'oeuvres and fish.
Recommended with: shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
