Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore Spelt 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore Spelt is a rosé made from only Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and the name 'Cerasuolo' refers to the colour that characterises this wine.
The Montepulciano grapes, harvested in early October, macerate on the skins for about 18 hours and then slowly ferment in steel at low temperatures. Ninety per cent matures in steel for 4 months outside, while the remaining 10 per cent matures in barriques.
The wine is bottled in March, without any clarification or forced stabilisation.

perfume: intense notes of dog rose, fresh cherry, pomegranate and wild strawberries.
Taste: rich, full and savoury, pleasantly drinkable with a delicate tannic texture.
Suggestions
If properly stored, Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore Spelt can age for a few more years in the cellar, maintaining its freshness and vitality. It is ideal as an aperitif wine, especially during hot summer days.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, vegetarian dishes.
