Castello di Titignano Rosato is an authentic expression of the terroir, embodying the essence of Pinot Noir in Umbria. It comes from a single vineyard located on the shores of Lake Corbara, about 500 meters above sea level. The high altitude and southeastern exposure give the vineyard a cool environment conducive to the growth of Pinot Noir grapes. 

Manual harvesting takes place in the second half of August, when the grapes reach perfect ripeness. After a soft crushing, the must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks to best preserve the primary aromas. Subsequently, the wine ages on fine lees for 5-6 months, enriching its organoleptic characteristics.
