Rosematte 2023 Box da 6 bottiglie

Rosematte is made from pure Nerelle Mascarese, vinified in pink. Harvesting is by hand and takes place in the second week of September. The Nerello Mascalese grapes are carefully harvested and sent for fermentation in steel, with brief contact with the skins to extract delicate aromas and a touch of colour. Maturation on the lees in steel for 6 months gives the wine additional complexity before bottling. The wine then matures for a further three months in the bottle before release.
