Gewürztraminer, despite being difficult to pronounce, is very popular, appreciated for its enchanting scent. It is the aromatic grape par excellence, and in addition to perfume it also has a powerful and round taste. The grapes that produce Gewürztraminer Bottega Vinai come from the hills of Roveré della Luna and the Adige Valley north of Trento. The diurnal range typical of the mountain climate favors the development of aromatic compounds on the grape skins, which is why this variety is always widely cultivated here.

It is vinified only in steel to preserve the maximum fragrance of the original aromas of the grape, with a short initial cryomaceration in the absence of oxygen.
