'First year' refers to the first vintage produced by the cellar or 1974, the first vintage of production of Ghemme DOCG by the family.
The grapes carry out the fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature. The wine is then transferred to oak barrels where it finishes its refinement process of approximately 20 months before bottling and to stop in the bottle for a few months before being placed on the market.
The care and the great vocation of the territory are then poured into the glass creating this great Nebbiolo of absolute gustatory lightness and freshness.

Taste: the mouth has great vitality and lightness, clean sip of great elegance and compactness, balsamic and long finish.
Suggestions
Serve it in large glasses, thanks to its tender freshness it lends itself to accompany mountain game dishes, it can stay in the cellar for at least 10 years.
