Antichi Vineyards of Cantalupo is a historic company in Upper Piedmont, in the DOC area of ​​Ghemme.
The area of ​​Upper Piedmont is rich and full of history where Nebbiolo has always been considered the king and is called with the name of 'Spanna'.
Ancient vineyards of Cantalupo belong to the Arlunno family who have been producing in the Ghemme area since 1550.
The estate has 35 hectares of vineyards, in the municipalities of Ghemme and Romagnano Sesia, and is located between the hills between the Monte Rosa massif and Valsesia on one side and the Po valley on the other.
The soil is unique and of great harmony for what the Nebbiolo requires. Granite and porphyry pebbles act perfectly as nutrients for a Nebbiolo of tonnage and great elegance.
