Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva Hussonet 2020 Bio
This wine is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon, organically grown in the Maipo Valley at about 550/600 m above sea level.
Harvesting is by hand. Cold maceration lasts about 2 to 5 days, after which fermentation takes place, with only indigenous yeasts, in steel tanks and in French oak vats for a few weeks. Finally, it matures in barriques for 12 months and for a few months in bottles.
The end result is a wine that has perfectly absorbed the freshness typical of the terroir. The taste and bouquet are fragrant and complex, the tannin is perfectly blended and the finish is pleasant and persistent.
