Friuli Merlot 2022

Cormons 2022 is a pure Merlot, cultivated with guyot training on the hills of Collio, with sandy-marly soil containing limestone, potassium and phosphorous.

It is fermented for 2 weeks and aged for about a year in oak barrels.

The end result is a smooth and structured wine with an elegant and complex taste. The bouquet initially shows only the fruity and herbaceous part, later opening up to reveal other facets such as spicy hints; excellent persistence with a pleasant finish.
