Haras de Pirque is one of the Antinori wineries in the world, located in the Maipo valley. The vineyards are all situated at an altitude of between 500 and 800 metres. 

The climate, mainly Mediterranean, is characterised by significant daily temperature fluctuations and rainfall that is concentrated from June to August.

 The soil is mainly colluvial and volcanic with the presence of clay.

 The grapes grown by this winery are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Carmenere, a typical Chilean grape, Syrah and Chardonnay.

Haras de Pirque only uses techniques under a certified organic regime, since 2016.
