Bolgheri rosso Campo al Mare 2021

The new style of Bolgheri wines is now a tradition. Half a century has passed since the release of the first vintage of Sassicaia, and since 1985 Bolgheri wines as we know them have been DOC. It is an intelligent DOC that gives producers the freedom to choose the blend best suited to the specific conditions of their vineyards and best suited to their personal taste. Bolgheri Rosso Campo al Mare is produced with a predominance of Merlot, which makes it particularly fruity and rounded.

The grapes ferment in steel vats with controlled temperature and a maceration with the skins that lasts 20-30 days. The wine matures in French oak tonneaux for a maximum of one year.
