Bolgheri Bianco 2022

Bolgheri Bianco is the result of a careful selection of the best Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc and Viogner grapes. Harvesting is exclusively by hand, in 18 kg crates, and begins around 20 August for the Viogner, the first ten days for Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino. After an initial clarification at a very low temperature in steel vats, alcoholic fermentation takes place for about 20 days in French oak barriques, where the wine rests for a further 40 days or so.
