Wine produced, from pure Barbera, in Alba, at an altitude of 250 m on predominantly calcareous-sandy soil with guyot training.
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, then destemmed and macerated for 6 days; finally the wine is aged in barriques for about 12 months.
The end result is a red wine with the typical characteristics of Barbera, soft, full-bodied and balanced between freshness and acidity.

Suggestions
Serve in a medium sized glass at a temperature of about 16 °C; excellent to drink now but can still evolve its peak will be reached in 2/3 years. We recommend accompanying it with tajarin with veal ragout and porcini mushrooms.
Recommended with: roasts, meat sauce pasta, mushrooms.
