Zeveri Müller Thurgau 2018
Zeveri Müller Thurgau di Cavit, is made exclusively from Müller Thurgau grapes, cultivated between 600 and 700 m above sea level, in vineyards trained using the simple Pergola and Guyot systems. The Alpine climate at these altitudes allows the characteristics of this grape variety to be brought out to the full.
The grapes are carefully selected, after which they remain on the skins for a few hours to facilitate aromatic extraction. The 'pied de cuve' is added to the must to start the alcoholic fermentation, which takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine matures on the lees until bottling.
